July 2-8

Vacation down the Cape for a week.. Much needed mental break from work..
Did manage to get in a few WODs at local gyms though..

Monday July 4th
Front Squats 3x5.. 185, 195, 205.. felt nice.. haven't hit 205 for a 5 set before..

WOD - 
5 Rounds:
5 Single Arm KB Swings each arm
10 Box Jumps
5 Single Arm KB Snatch each arm
30 DUs

Didn't keep time.. just tried to get through without much break.. nice sweaty one..


Tuesday July 5th 
100 Burpees for time
6:09

Next time I will break 6 minutes.. I dogged it a little from 60-80... pussy...


Wednesday July 6th
"Nate" @ CrossFit Rumble in Hyannis

2 Muscle Up
4 HSPU
8 KB Swings 28 kg

I got through 3 rounds with muscle ups.. which is a PR for me in a given days workout.. Overall I got like 10 round.. Got most of the HSPUs unbroken which was nice.. all KB swings unbroken..
Subbed 4 Pull Ups and 4 Dips after I couldn'd do Muscle Ups anymore..
Props to Coach Silva for letting me come and do a WOD.. much appreciated.. I will be stealing a couple of your warmup movements as well..


Thursday July 7
Practiced some Snatches and C&Js before tomorrow's competition... Nothing crazy, mostly form..

My Goals for tomorrow are to hit a 135 Snatch perfectly with no press out and a 215 C&J.. 225 Would be awesome.. but we shall see how that goes..

Def packed on some pounds while on vacation eating ice cream and other goodies.. tomorrow should be a good wake up call to get back to eating right and back to regular training..

Next up.. Job Search and Throwdown!!
Ready for an exciting summer..
