5 Regular, 5 hand release, 5 clapping, 5 wide grip, 5 diamonds..
Nothing major here.. just 75 shitty push ups.. made it through with mostly no breaks..
WOD - 100 Burpees for time
Time 5:14
Did well on this today.. previous best was 6:08 down the cape.. so I am cool with beating a PR... I don't know if I am opening up my hips enough at the top for my burpees to "count" in standard competition. But whatever, I can work on that later. Not a huge deal..
