WOD: The Filthy Fifty
Box jumps, jumping pull ups, KB Swings, walking lunge, K2E, Push Press, Back extension, wall ball, burpee, double under..
I cruised through everything up until the burpees and then my lungs went, felt pukey, and then the double unders when to complete hell cuz my calf started to tense up and cramp when I was jumping.. Really frustrating.. I need to re-figure out double unders, I do not know where I went wrong.. I used to be able to do them totally unbroken with the heavy rope for sets of like 40, and now I can't do 3 with a speed rope.. what went wrong people? someone help me.
I was at about 17 minutes when I started the burpees which was great for me, finished those right around 20ish minutes, and then crapped out on the DUs and stopped caring about the time..
Next time the goal is sub 20.. we shall see.. that would be nuts..
