Hit 185 and 225 to warm up a little.. went right after 245 (after not having done these in a while)..
POP! Right at the bottom of depth I felt a pop in my right hip flexor.. hurt like a fucking bitch.. Stopped right there..

10 plate burpees 35#
20 air squats

This was a really sweaty one.. plate burpees suck.. but they are good in a masochistic way.. the key on them for me it to just keep going and string all 10 together.. the more you break, the worse it gets..
Hoping the hip heels up quick..
I'm gonna rest Tuesday to avoid deadlifts and running while this thing heals a little..
