SWOD- Power Clean 3x5, 3x3
Didn't want to go nuts on strength today with the Throwdown tomorrow.. Was just trying to focus on being explosive while keeping my form. I hit 155,155,165,175,185,185.. Felt nice.. Nothing too crazy..
WOD-
AMRAP 10
5 Wall Balls
10 Box Jumps
15 Ball Slams
I got 9 rounds, 5 WB, 10 BJ, and 10 Ball slams.. 5 ball slams short of 10 rounds which was my goal going in.. Poop nuggets.. Oh well.. Good little burner.. This got some nice bloodflow for tomorrow without being too taxing.. I hope..
