60 KB Swings 1.5 pood
80 Double Unders
This took like a half hour.. I hardly paid attention to be honest.. I was trying to keep my partner alive once I finished..
Had to put 1 mat down for the HSPUs on the second set.. I burn out on those fast..
Sit Ups are whatever.. just gotta gut em out..
KB Swings were a test of how sweaty my grip was and how much I grit I put forth once I picked it up.. I was all over the place.. I did a couple sets of like 18 or 20.. and some I felt like I was going to die at 11.. whatever...
Double Unders.. first set sucked.. second set I repped out like a set of 20 and a set of 30 so they went pretty fast...
Got 2 Muscle Ups after the workout.. good stuff..
