Quick wrap of the weekend.
Friday
Push Jerked 215x3 for a PR.. that was awesome. (taken from the floor also, extra challenge)
Vegas - 8:54 Rx'd.. I still suck at kipping T2B.. but just gotta keep practicing.
Light Snatches and burpees were fine though, I eat those for breakfast.
Saturday
Pyramid Scheme with Harper - 19:08 Rx'd..
We crushed this unbroken the entire way, and on the runs I did my best but certainly did not sprint.. hamstrings were GASSED for the last 600 meters in the rain..
I don't know how much faster we really could have pushed this.. It was just a lot of reps at the end of the day.
Sunday
Active recovery.. sore as SHIT today from a great week..
Played some pick up basketball to move around today, and it was awesomely fun.
I haven't played in way too long, forgot how much I love it.
Feet will be sore tomorrow though, its funny how I can train CF all the time, and then 1 game into pick up bball I am still just laughing about how different it is, and I am still sweating bullets after playing hard defense for 10 minutes.. Lots of starting and stopping on the balls of your feet = blister city..
Constant variation.
