Wednesday March 14th (Day 3)

Weird day.. I had every intention of running my mile today just for shits on the baseline but it got cold by the time I ever made it out of work and I am a gigantic pussy. When I got to the gym, Natalia was working through her C&J and the WOD so I ended up coaching her through for a half hour instead of running..
Sue me, I can't turn off the coaching gene when I am in the gym.

Great classes tonight, lots of awesome efforts on the rows/wall balls.. I know that combo sucks for everyone and smokes the legs.. But everyone powered through.

I hit this WOD after the 7 PM just to see how it was.. Answer = shitty.

I broke twice on the 25 wall balls for no reason other than I mentally checked out.. I did the rest unbroken and should have been at more like 5:30.. But whatever.. Fun little burner..

Unfortunately I now have to do 12.4 tomorrow because I  have no other time to do it this week and that 150 wall balls is going to hurt me very muchly in the ass region.. Ugh. (PS I did this WOD at like 7:55 PM after coaching, checked the website at 8, saw wall balls, and said the F word very very loudly.)

Food 
(in case you have not noticed, when I am trying to be more strict-ish with my diet, I eat a lot of the same things, makes it easier to me for shopping and "buying shit from the caf at work" purposes)

8am - 3 Eggs, Grapes, Pineapple
Noon - Salad (same as I usually get) with some guacamole on top
5PM - Protein shake (same as usual)
9PM - Paleo Crab cakes

(my recipe basically is just crab, eggs, almond meal, coconut flakes, lime juice, garlic, black pepper and chili powder.. pan fried in olive oil 2 minutes each side.. serve over some romaine with a dash of dijon mustard... super simple, pic below)
