Did a bunch of mobility, everything felt tight today..
I think the run on Sunday may have taken a little more out of me than I let on.
I did some back squats with light weight to drill some form as I have not done these in a while..
I just did like 135x10, 155x10, 175x5.. nothing major.. just getting some repetitions in..
I got 85 double unders in a row during warm ups.. The class was huge tonight at 6PM so I did not have space to do the workout I had planned, so I ended up scooting out early.
Attempting to listen to my body despite my better urges.
