Today was weird.. I went into the gym with the intention of doing some training and just fizzled out.. I did the 3x10 ring dips and hit some deadlifts at 225 with no particular rep scheme and then decided I wasn't feeling it today..
Fun to coach people through the 2K rows.. looks so easy to watch and tell people to keep their pace, but I know when you are actually the one doing it how badly it sucks..
I need to do something tomorrow which does not involve my hands.. stupid blisters are not healing correctly. One opened up like a chapped lip and the other hand just won't heal all the way...
I suppose I deserve it after not really paying attention to my hand maintenance for months on end..
I am thinking something with back squats, sit ups and double unders for tomorrow.. something like that... save my hands, smoke my legs and core.
