Monday March 19th

Rest Day..

I came into the gym with the intention of doing.. "something"..

I warmed up with a bunch of light rowing and foam rolling and everything just felt like utter garbage..
I literally did 10 front squats with an empty barbell, 15 pull ups.. packed up and went back home..

Body is definitely not yet recovered from this weekend.. Try again tomorrow..

Food
9am- Omelette with peppers + onions
Noon - Leftover Boiled Dinner Ham & Veggies with mustard
5 PM- Protein blended shake
9PM - Paleo Chili

(basically just chili but without beans.. almost every other ingredient is fine by Paleo standards in chili.. Just throw it all in the crockpot and leave it on all day at work.. come home.. easy peezy)
