Friday March 9th

I knew two things about today.. my hands did not feel good enough to do the Open WOD.. stupid T2B.. and I just wanted to do "something" with intensity to get a workout in and call it a day so I could bring it all down tomorrow for the Open and my long run on Sunday..

I was not that creative today and came up with the following chickenshit WOD that did not involve my hands or grip..

AMRAP 15 (sort of, I got interrupted halfway, but I spent about 15 minutes moving in total)
6 Stone to Shoulder (3 right, 3 left, 95 lb stone)
30 Double Unders

Not a blessed clue how many times I went through this.. a bunch?

Nice and sweaty and got my posterior chain worked up from the stones.. Good shit..
