Tuesday January 17th

Quick post

Hands were destroyed so I just did Front Squats

135x5, 155x5, 165x5, 175x5, 185x5.. all felt great..
went for broke a little even though I was tired
195x3, 195x3...

Good work, best I have felt squatting in a while.. decent weight too.. Could be heavier but not bad..
