At-home WOD
Tabata
Air Squats
1-arm DB alternating press (4 rounds on each arm) 35#
Sit Ups
1-arm DB Bent over row (4 rounds on each arm) 35#
I believe I got 16 air squats as my worst, 10 presses on my RH, 8 on the left (these hurt a lot more than you think), 10 sit ups, and then 15 rows on each side..
Good little makeshift WOD that required no set up whatsoever.. Basically just did it in place in my room with my Tabata Lite app on my phone..
