Monday January 2nd

I squeezed in today's met-con because I did not have time for the deadlifts before the celtics game.. Oh well.. need to work in more strength stuff this week..

I should have done a lot better on this, but I totally whiffed the first set of DUs.. couldn't get started..
I rowed really fast to make up time and then for 46 DUs on my next blob after the row.. second set of HSPUs was a tall task.. went with 3-3-2-2 to close them out.. (after doing the first 10 in a row with no problem.. argh)
