1 min AMRAP Box Jumps 20" (unbroken)
1 min AMRAP C&J 135# (split jerk preferred for this wod)
2 min rest
repeat for 5 total rounds
Reps - 306 Rx'd..
My rounds were right around 60-61-62 every time.. got about 53 box jumps each time and about 8 or 9 ground to overhead on the barbell every time.. felt money today.. Don't know if I could have done much better on the box jumps, but I dropped the BB from overhead everytime so I could have done a bit more touch & go for a better score.. Fun WOD!
