Friday - Rest Day.. needed it..
Saturday - Weighted Vest Run.. went for about 2 miles at a good clip.. I only have to stop once every little bit (usually at stop lights and such to stretch my lower back.. it gets super tight with the extra pounds on)

5 Deadlift 225#
25 DUs
5 Press 100# (strict as long as possible)
I got 8 or 9 rounds, I forget and lost count.. I had like 4 rounds and change in 6 minutes, so it was either 8 or 9..
I did not have to push press until the last 2 rounds, the others I was able to knock out strict..
Deadlifts felt great, very easy.. definitely improving here after a brief lapse in deadlifting.. Good times..
