Saturday December 3rd

WOD- Ninjas in Training
Partner WOD
50 Chinese sit ups
then  
(One person works, other completes a 400m run)
50 Burpee Pull ups
100 Air Squats
50 Renegade Rows 45#
100 Pistols (used a plate below the heel)
50 Muscle Ups 
then 
50 Chinese Sit ups

Fun workout, time was somewhere around a half hour? Didn't bother to write it down.
I felt pretty good running throughout this workout, faster than my normal pace I set.. Most of the work was just "grind it out" kind of stuff. Pistols were a little ugly at time and I only managed to do 9 Muscle Ups I think and Will ended up doing 41 jumping MUs to counter it, but whatever.. all in good fun. 
Great class this morning. Lots of energy.
