I forget the seconds.. sue me.
I really wish I had done this with a group.. this sucked ass by myself.. yuck..
Power snatches proved to be the most tiring part by far.. the rest was manageable for the most part.. The rope climbs were sort of just an EFF YOU at the end of every round.. arms got pretty fatigued by the end..
Overall cool WOD.. good barbell and engine mix..
